Four bathrooms spread across the house, so no one has to queue in the morning. One of them is adapted for people with reduced mobility.
For downtime, the third floor has a 50 m² attic with a pool table, a foosball table, a ping-pong table and a projector screen for movie nights or playing PlayStation.
You'll have 400 m² of outdoor space with mountain views at your disposal. Sofas, a grill, tables and chairs, a shaded area with trees, parking, a basketball hoop, darts and a size S bike to enjoy the valley.
From the windows you can enjoy spectacular views of the valley and the mountains, day and night.

The high mountain meadows turn into a stunning multicoloured tapestry of wildflowers, while the rivers and streams fill with meltwater.
Escape the summer heat by cooling off in the reservoir and hike the spectacular trails winding through the peaks.
Head over to the Valle de Gordón, next door to the Valle de Arbas, and enjoy the ochre and red tones of autumn in the area's beech woods and forests. Enjoy hiking, mountain biking and other outdoor activities in a unique natural setting.
Snow arrives in our valley, and it's time for snowshoe treks and ski touring. The Valgrande Pajares ski resort is also just 10 km away for those who want to hit the slopes.

"Newly opened, in a privileged spot for mountain or water sports, with two reservoirs just minutes away, and for motorbikes it's surrounded by winding, excellently paved roads and mountain passes. The house itself is fully equipped, very well laid out, with parking, a barbecue, an outdoor picnic area... Perfect attention from the owners, who told us about all the activity options in the area. We had a truly wonderful time! We'll be back."
