Here we answer the most common questions before booking. If you have any other question, write to us and we'll be happy to help.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 17:00 and check-out before 12:00. We'll meet you at the door with the keys. Checking out later than 12:00 carries a €50 surcharge.
What's the minimum number of nights?
The whole house is rented as one unit, with a minimum stay of two nights.
How many people fit in the house?
The whole house sleeps up to 20 people.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed.
Is there wifi and heating?
Yes: fibre wifi throughout the house and heating in every room.
Is there parking nearby?
Yes, the house has private parking.
Is there a fireplace in the house?
Yes, the house has two pellet stoves in the common areas, lit during the colder months.
How do I book, and what's the cancellation policy?
We book with no intermediaries: look for your dates on the calendar, then message or call us (WhatsApp works too) to confirm. If you cancel more than a month before the check-in date, we'll refund the amount; less than a month before, the €300 deposit is withheld.
